Patrick Henshaw is the General Manager of ETI Limousine & Charter in San Antonio and Austin, Texas. Founded in 1998, they are a premier limousine, bus charter and taxi service. When they recently decided to open a new location in Austin, Texas they knew they needed a new website, too.
As part of the new website experience, Patrick knew he wanted to offer website visitors the ability to chat with his team live! He had scoured the internet for competitors in the space and did not find any using live chat. He wanted to offer something different from everyone else. He’s learned that if his prospective clients are at work and want to request a limo or charter bus it’s easier to chat instead of making a phone call. He also understands that people do not like waiting around for an email response (especially when it can get lost in spam folders!).
“With texting and social media, people are more comfortable sending messages,” he said. “Live chat is just another way of texting with businesses.”
Patrick is a big fan of Pure Chat's user friendly interface and has made it a part of his daily routine to see how many sales have been closed with chat each day. Patrick has even identified chat patterns that let him staff more effectively!
