Now you can search for transcripts by first and last name. Find exactly who you chatted with and see a history of the conversation.
Search Existing Tags for Infusionsoft Customers
If you are an Infusionsoft customer, you know how hard it is to remember existing tags when you export a transcript. Now you can search for existing tags before exporting transcripts to Infusionsoft. No more forgetting tags!

Time to release a desktop client instead of having to keep the browser open. A tablet/phone client is not sufficient enough.
