Once all your chat boxes are set up, you can assign specific users to be available for each one. For example, if you have a chat box on AwesomePets.com and a different one on ilovepuppies.com, you can make sure users from each company only receive chats from sites they're affiliated with. To set this up, find your list of Websites. Click the user icon to assign the websites to specific users.
